DSI milled plastic castable abutments are designed for creating custom abutments with enhanced precision at the implant–abutment interface. Unlike standard plastic castable abutments, the implant connection is CNC-milled, providing improved accuracy, stability, and consistency.
Made of Acetal (Delrin®), these abutments retain their shape, do not expand or shrink during preparation, and burn out completely without residue during casting. The castable upper portion allows full customization to meet each patient’s anatomical and aesthetic requirements.
