You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

All returns require return authorization before being sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered.

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

Processing typically takes 2–4 business days after the returned item is received.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable may have original shipping and return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
