If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an incorrect product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns require return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange. If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified of your refund by email or phone. Please have your order number available when contacting support.


Return Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days after receipt of returned items for processing.

  • PayPal refunds: up to 48 hours

  • Credit card refunds: up to 14 business days

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable, original shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund.
