Miltex Liberator NiTi Nickel Titanium rotary file has straight flutes, it is impossible for it to self-thread. As a result, Liberator can be operated at 1,000 RPM up to 2,000 RPM. This higher speed (vs. conventional files operating at 350RPM) reduces torque forces.
Due to relatively high RPM, the abrasion of dentin results in very fine debris particles. This debris clings to the file and is easily removed by wiping. The file will not clog, unlike helically-fluted files.
