This is a patented tip designed to make the sinus lifting procedure more efficient and easy. The tip fills the sinus pocket with liquid and pushes the membrane. The liquid comes out on both sides of the tip. There is also an option to push the membrane with the silicone tip that comes out, then continue to push the membrane with liquid.
