Variety Click Mini Expansion Screw is a monoguided special expansion screw with an integrated click mechanism that prevents unwanted reversing during treatment. It is primarily intended for the correction of mandibular malocclusions using fixed appliances, such as distalization, mesialization, or space closure by moving individual teeth. In addition, it is suitable for early palatal expansion in the maxilla.
The screw ensures perfect locking during the active treatment phase, allowing precise and safe expansion. Despite its compact dimensions, it provides maximum expansion capacity. Activation and deactivation are reliable and convenient, with a clearly perceptible tactile and audible click after each quarter turn (¼), ensuring full control for the practitioner.
A laser-marked arrow on the screw body indicates the opening direction and the maximum expansion. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the screw offers excellent durability and stable guidance throughout the entire expansion process.
